Parker Custom Security has worked on commercial and multi-tenant buildings across the New York metropolitan area since 2003, from our office at 217 West 135th Street in Manhattan. That footprint covers the five boroughs, Westchester County, and the four Northern New Jersey counties closest to the city.
The building stock changes considerably across that area — a Class A Manhattan office tower, a Bronx pre-war walk-up, a Staten Island parish, and a Jersey City waterfront high-rise are different problems with different hardware answers. Estimates are free across our service area, including Westchester and Northern New Jersey. We come to the building, walk the entrances, and price the work from what is actually there rather than from a photo.
