Building with 35 units is now equipped with HD CCTV high resolution, day/night visibility that can be viewed by the apartment owners on their home TV, installed by Parker Custom Security. Now they have the ability to view their surroundings at all time or before leaving their residence.

Parker Custom Security also installed the building’s main entrance the Elvox 1300 Series Audio/Video Intercom entrance panels that are stylishly contemporary and elegantly finished. Each apartment has the Elvox 7539 Low Profile Tab 3.5” Monitor Open Voice White, it will compliment any décor. This apartment unit gives the owner’s a visual and audio of their guests prior to granting access.

The Building’s New 4- Door Rosslare Access Control #AC-K07UF with Card Readers installed by Parker Custom Security on every individual entry of the building, granting access to apartment owners. Eliminating keys and providing Key Fobs for access that cannot be duplicated. The key fobs were distributed to the apartment owners, giving them controlled access to their building.
